Venus does not contain oxygen and is made up of mostly of carbon dioxide gas. Therefore, it traps sunset heat like a 'Greenhouse effect'. Its temperature is scorching 480 degree Celsius. The temperature of Venus During night is below -170 degree celsius. The most interesting feature of Venus is that it rotates from east to west about its axis,whereas all other planets rotate from west to east about their axis . It has no water on its surface. No life is possible on Venus because- 1. Its daylight temperature is too high and nightside temperature is too low. 2.It has no water and no oxygen to sustain life. Therefore, anyone on Venus would be suffocated,crushed and roasted.
